Soprano Leslie Leedberg performs frequently in opera, oratorio, and concert. Recent solo engagements include Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus and Haydn’s The Creation with the Pilgrim Festival Chorus, and Vaughn Williams’ Dona Nobis Pacem with both the Pilgrim Festival Chorus and Masterworks Chorale. Leslie currently sings with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus, the official chorus of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Pops. Additionally, she has sung in the Longwood Opera Summer Concert Series in Needham for the past four years.
Ms. Leedberg performed regularly during her training at Ithaca College and the University of New Hampshire, as well as the Florence Voice Seminar, an intensive summer vocal program in Florence, Italy. Notable operatic performances include Blanche in Dialogues of the Carmelites, Mary in Ron Perera’s The Yellow Wallpaper,and Pamina in The Magic Flute.
Ms. Leedberg currently teaches privately in the Metro West area.
