Be Part of Our Concert Program
Your advertisement in our concert program will be seen by over a thousand people throughout the season. We print three full programs for the three main concerts each season, and your ad will appear in all of the programs for the 2010-2011 season. We accept ads electronically or submitted with a hard copy, and payment may be either via a check mailed to us or via credit card through the website. Your support is greatly appreciated.

We have a variety of ad sizes available for purchase:
Full Page (4.5" x 7.25") - $500
Half Page (4.5" x 3.5") - $300
Quarter Page (Horizontal - 4.5" x 1.625" or Vertical - 2.125" x 3.5") - $175
Business Listing (4 lines, 35 characters each) - $75
Please fill out the below form to submit your ad electronically. Please attach your ad using the form; for graphic images, use either .TIF or .PDF formats, and for text only ads use .PDF format. For either format, a minimum of 300 dpi is necessary to ensure quality. Payment may either be processed via mail or on-line (PayPal/Credit Card).

Sponsor an AVM Newsletter!
Assabet Valley Mastersingers advertisers, patrons, and choristers may sponsor an issue of the AVM Newsletter, published quarterly. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Sponsorships are $75 per issue and exclusive—only one sponsor per issue.
Newsletter sponsors receive a sidebar advertising space of approx 400 characters. This advertising space may include a display logo submitted as a low resolution jpeg image. The logo may be linked to an external website.
To sponsor an issue of the AVM Newsletter, please contact Ellen Church via email. All sponsorship materials, text, image, and payment, must be received at least 5 days prior to the date of the sponsored issue. Our next deadline is Wednesday, April 6, 2011.
AVM publishes our newsletter in February, April, August and October. It has a distribution list of approximately 500 unique e-mail addresses.
