The Mastersingers will span the ages with this delightful concert featuring the Mastersingers (ages 16-89) performing Beethoven's choral classic, Mass in C. AVM will then be joined by the Worcester Children's Chorus (ages 8-18) to present Rutter's Mass of the Children. Written in 2003, this work combines the traditional Latin Mass texts with popular hymns to embrace a complete day, from waking to sleeping.

Choruses from Opera, Operetta, and Broadway
Join us as we celebrate the 35th anniversary of the first concert performed by Assabet Valley Mastersingers. The program will include some of our opera favorites as well as lighter music from Strauss's Die Fledermaus to Gilbert and Sullivan. The program will close with choruses from America's Broadway Theater. This special concert will be at the Clinton Town Hall—our first ever appearance in Clinton. To make this concert even more distinctive, we are introducing Pops-style seating in addition to our traditional auditorium seating.

Assabet Valley Mastersingers advertisers, patrons, and choristers may sponsor an issue of the AVM Newsletter,. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Sponsorships are $75 per issue and exclusive—only one sponsor per issue.
Newsletter sponsors receive a sidebar advertising space of approx 400 characters. This advertising space may include a display logo submitted as a low resolution jpeg image. The logo may be linked to an external website.
To sponsor an issue of the AVM Newsletter, please contact Ellen Church via email. All sponsorship materials, text, image, and payment, must be received by the 4th of each month.
AVM publishes our newsletter monthly. It has a distribution list of approximately 500 unique e-mail addresses.
