BRAVO to AVM & All the Musicians who performed in Sunday’s concert! The combination of the film “The Passion of Joan of Arc” with the music of “Voices of Light” was stunning. It was one of the most unforgettable concert experiences that I’ve ever had. – Elena on FB

I was mesmerized! Repeat performance, please! – Jean on FB

That truly was an exceptional concert, thanks to you. – Chorister

Thank you and AVM for a wonderful concert! The combination of great music, great film, and remarkably contemporary feminist theology made my day, and my Lent. – Audience member

What a great concert. I talked to two sets of people afterwards who were previously unknown to me, and they were really moved by the presentation. – Chorister

I wanted to tell you how much I loved the Voices of Light performance. I thought it was totally magnificent – the orchestra, singers, soloists, film (though I thought that I would have nightmares all week – I didn’t), youth chorus and the venue. It was truly memorable and I was so happy that I attended. – Audience e-mail

The concert was fantastic – amazing music. The movie was a little too much for me, but the combination was amazing. – Audience e-mail

The music was great!! – Audience e-mail

An email regarding our 35th Anniversary Concert —

I’m a singer and I went to tonight’s concert primarily because Elaine, Christine, Richard and David were singing. I left wishing that I had been a singer in the chorus. You sang many of my favorites and had me in tears for many. Tonight was an amazing experience for me, even to the point that I sat in the same aisle as your “Oliver”.
Thank you for making this night a really special night, unfortunately my friend, also a singer had to cancel at the last minute. When I tell him, there will be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth. I bought a CD, YE SHALL HAVE A SONG. Ye certainly did. I just wish we were closer, ye are 35 miles from me.
