For over 100 years the Alexander Technique has enabled people of all ages to regain good posture, balance and poise and relieve stiffness, tension and pain for the long-term.

A combination of verbal instruction and gentle hands-on guidance will lead to:

-improving breathing, vocal and musical expression and reducing performance anxiety

-improving posture and moving with ease and poise
