“Through The Regulated Voice method, we will discover how our nervous system talks to us and quick, fun tools we can feed it to optimize it. We can carry these learned skills into singing and any endeavor with which we want to feel more regulation, ease and confidence. We will also explore neurologically based tools to help us map our singing body which in turn unlocks new pathways to freer singing.”
Soprano Sonja DuToit Tengblad has appeared as a featured soloist with A Far Cry, the Boston Philharmonic, the Boston Landmarks Orchestra, Boston Baroque, the Handel and Haydn Society, the Boston Modern Orchestra Project, Minnesota’s Bach Roots Festival, and recently checked Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center off the bucket list with the New York City Chamber Orchestra.
