Jennifer Yee Dorval

Music has always played an important role in Jen’s life. Growing up she played piano, sang in chorus groups, and accompanied the high school musicals. Studying piano performance in college provided opportunities to play in chamber groups and accompany vocalists and instrumentalists.  This led to teaching general music, piano, and accompanying for a voice studio, among other roles. 

After a long hiatus from performing (due to work and starting a family), she was thrilled to join the Assabet Valley Mastersingers in 2022 to nurture her love of music again. 

Jen is a Senior Buyer for a medical technology/device company focusing on women’s health.  When she’s not binge-watching TV series’ with her husband, she can be found chauffeuring her son to fencing and Pokémon tournaments or coordinating doggie playdates for her energetic rescue, May.
